Verifiable digital certificates with QR codes and serial numbers

Ilmoria issues course completion, achievement, graduation and enrolment certificates as branded PDFs. Each one carries a serial number and a QR code that opens a public verification page, so an employer, university or embassy can check a certificate without emailing your office.

Four certificate types

Completion, achievement, graduation and enrolment, all from the same records.

Checked in seconds

Scanning the QR code opens a public verification page. No login needed.

Your own branding

Each school's logo and colours, even when one organisation runs several schools.

Issue the certificate each milestone calls for

Different milestones need different documents. A training team issues course completion certificates when employees finish a programme. A school recognises strong results with achievement certificates and marks the end of grade 12 with a graduation certificate. Registrars produce enrolment certificates when a student needs proof that they are currently studying, for a visa, a scholarship sponsor or a parent's employer. All four come from the same records in Ilmoria, so names and courses match what is in the system.

Let anyone verify with a QR code

Every certificate carries a unique serial number and a QR code. Scanning the code opens a public verification page for that certificate, so the person checking it needs no account and no phone call to your office. That matters when a graduate applies to a university abroad, or when an employee changes companies and a recruiter wants proof. A printed copy and a PDF can both be checked the same way, which makes edited or fake copies much easier to spot.

Brand certificates for each school or business unit

Certificates are branded PDFs that use your institution's logo and colours. Groups that run several schools, campuses or business units on one Ilmoria account give each one its own identity, so a certificate from a girls' campus or a corporate academy looks like it came from that institution and not from a head office template. The same separation applies to web addresses, users and data. Learn how it works on the multi-school page.

Keep certificates and transcripts consistent

Certificates sit next to the academic record they describe. Final grades are confirmed and locked in the gradebook, and transcripts with GPA and credits go through their own approval workflow before they are locked as official PDFs. Because both documents draw on the same data, a graduation certificate and the transcript issued with it agree with each other. Registrars no longer reconcile word-processor templates against spreadsheets at the end of every academic year.

Keep a clear record of employee training

For companies, a certificate is a simple record that training happened. HR and learning teams issue course completion certificates as employees finish required programmes, and achievement certificates for assessments that demand a pass mark. Employees keep a PDF they can share, and anyone who needs to check it, from an internal auditor to a future employer, scans the QR code. See how certificates fit a full training programme on the corporate training page.

Questions buyers ask

How does someone verify an Ilmoria certificate?

They scan the QR code printed on the certificate. It opens a public verification page for that specific certificate, which is identified by its serial number. No account or login is needed, so universities, employers and government offices can check a certificate in a few seconds instead of emailing the school and waiting for a reply.

Which certificate types can we issue?

Ilmoria supports four types: course completion, achievement, graduation and enrolment certificates. Schools often use all four, universities lean on enrolment and graduation certificates, and companies use completion and achievement certificates for training. Every certificate is a branded PDF with its own serial number and QR code.

Can we use our own logo and colours?

Yes. Certificates are produced as branded PDFs carrying your institution's identity. If your organisation runs several schools or business units on Ilmoria, each one has its own logo and colours, so certificates always match the institution that issued them rather than a shared group template.

Are transcripts verified with QR codes too?

Transcripts work differently. They are generated from final grades with GPA and credits, go through an approval workflow and are issued as locked official PDFs. QR codes and the public verification page are part of certificates. You can issue a graduation certificate alongside the transcript, so a verifier can confirm the qualification by scanning its QR code.

Can certificates be printed?

Yes. Each certificate is a PDF, so it can be printed for a ceremony or framing, attached to an email, or uploaded to an application portal. The QR code works on paper and on screen, which means a printed certificate can still be checked against the public verification page whenever someone needs to confirm it.
