Mobile learning on any phone, tablet or computer

Ilmoria is mobile-friendly and runs in any modern browser, so students, parents, teachers and employees use it on whatever device they have. It can also be installed on a phone's home screen as a web app. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap.

Any modern browser

Phones, tablets and computers, with nothing to download from an app store.

Installable web app

Add Ilmoria to the home screen and open it like any other app.

One account on every device

Start a lesson on a laptop and continue it later on a phone.

What students do on a phone

For many students, the phone is the device that is always within reach. Ilmoria's screens adapt to small displays, so the daily routine works there too. Students check what is due, join live classes from the meeting link and pick up a lesson from where they stopped on another device. The whole interface is available in English and in Arabic, fully right to left.

  • Follow the weekly timetable
  • Work through slide-based lessons and interactive activities
  • Read course books with highlights and notes
  • Take quizzes and upload assignment files, such as a photo of handwritten work
  • Check grades and messages from teachers

Parents check in between other things

Parents rarely sit down at a computer to follow school. On a phone, the parent portal shows each child's progress, grades and final grades in a few taps. When something needs attention, a parent can message the school office, the administration or a teacher in a categorised conversation, for example about attendance or payments, and see the reply when it comes in. Invoices and receipts are available in the same portal, so a parent can check what is paid and what is still due before calling the school.

Teachers and staff away from the desk

Teachers use the same account on a phone to reply to students, check their schedule and see new notifications between classes. Office and student-affairs staff can answer parent conversations and close them once they are resolved. Some work is still easier on a bigger screen. Building a course or marking a stack of essays is more comfortable on a laptop or tablet, and Ilmoria works there too, with the same data. In corporate training, employees who do not sit at a desk can complete courses and assessments on their own phones between shifts.

An installable web app today, native apps on the roadmap

Ilmoria installs from the browser. On most phones, users open Ilmoria, choose “Add to Home Screen” or “Install” from the browser menu, and get an icon that opens Ilmoria like an app. Because it is a web app, every user gets updates at the same time, and your IT team has no app-store releases to manage. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap. Until then, the web app is how Ilmoria runs on phones, and you can try it on your own device during a demo.

Questions buyers ask

Is there an Ilmoria app in the App Store or Google Play?

Not yet. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap. Today, Ilmoria is a mobile-friendly, installable web app: users open it in their phone's browser and can add it to the home screen, where it opens like an app. The same platform runs on phones, tablets and computers, so nobody has to wait for an app to start.

Do students need to install anything?

No. Ilmoria runs in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers, so students can sign in straight away. Installing it to the home screen is optional and only adds an icon that opens Ilmoria like an app. There are no separate downloads to manage on school devices or on personal phones.

Can students take quizzes on a phone?

Yes. Quizzes and exams run in the browser, so students can take them on a phone, tablet or computer, with the time limits, attempt limits and randomised questions the teacher has set. For long papers, a larger screen is often more comfortable, and you can tell students which devices you expect them to use for exams.

Does Arabic work properly on phones?

Yes. The Arabic interface is fully right to left on phones and tablets, just as it is on computers. Each user chooses English or Arabic and can switch at any time. Text people write, such as messages and submissions, is never auto-translated, so it appears on a phone exactly as it was written.

Is mobile learning useful for corporate training?

Yes. Employees who work in stores, on site or on the move can open their courses from a phone browser and complete lessons and assessments between tasks. Managers and trainers see the results in the same Ilmoria account, so training does not depend on employees finding time at a shared computer.
