The LMS for schools that teachers, students and parents share
Ilmoria runs the whole school year in one place: lessons and homework, quizzes and final grades, parent conversations, admissions and invoices. Every screen works in English and Arabic, and each person picks their language. Ilmoria grew out of the platform that Ithraa School, an online high school, uses every day.
What gets in the way today
Too many tools for one school day
Lessons live in one system, admissions in spreadsheets, parent updates in chat groups and invoices somewhere else. Staff copy the same information between them, and nobody has the full picture of a student.
Parents who want answers
Parents want to see grades and progress without waiting for a report card or chasing a teacher. When they do need the school, their messages get lost across phones and inboxes.
Two languages, done properly
Many schools teach and communicate in both Arabic and English. Partial translations and broken right-to-left layouts make staff and families avoid the system.
Records that have to be right
Final grades, transcripts and certificates go on file. Every change needs a reason, an approval and someone accountable for it.
How Ilmoria handles it
- Parents see progress, not just report cards
- In the parent portal, parents follow each child's grades and final results, message teachers or the school office in categorised conversations, and print invoices and receipts. Staff close conversations once they're resolved, so requests don't get lost.
- From application to first lesson
- Send private registration links, collect applications with report cards and payment receipts, and run placement tests in maths, English and science. Student affairs tracks e-signed enrolment documents in admissions and enrolment, and accepted students are enrolled in every course for their grade and section automatically.
- Marking and grades in one flow
- Objective questions are marked automatically and written answers queue for the teacher. The gradebook flags late and missing work, records adjustments with notes, and produces final letter grades that teachers confirm and administrators lock. Transcripts and certificates come straight from those grades.
- Lessons that keep students working
- Teachers build slide-based lessons with video, maths and science notation, then add activities such as spot the mistake, sort it and choose-your-path stories, with scores and badges. It all happens in the course builder, with no technical skills needed.

Questions buyers ask
Can a parent with several children use one account?
Yes. A parent signs in once and follows each child's progress, grades and final grades from the same account. They can message teachers, the school office or administration about any of their children, and see and print the invoices and receipts for each child without needing a separate login.
Does Ilmoria work for online schools as well as in-person schools?
Yes. Ilmoria grew out of the platform used daily by Ithraa School, an online school teaching grades 9–12 with self-paced courses, mentors and parents. In-person schools can use the same tools for homework, quizzes, grades and parent communication, and schedule live classes with Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links when they need them.
Can we run several schools or campuses on one account?
Yes. One Ilmoria account can run many schools or campuses. Each keeps its own logo, colours, web address, users and data, while your central team sees reporting across all of them. This suits school groups that want one platform without merging their schools' identities or records.
How do we bring in our existing students and teachers?
Most schools start with CSV files. You import users, courses and grades from spreadsheets or your current system, then assign students to grades and sections. Ilmoria enrols each student in every course for their grade or section automatically, so you don't set up enrolments one by one.
Is the whole interface available in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen is available in English and Arabic, and each user can switch at any time. Arabic is fully right-to-left, and your staff can correct any Arabic interface wording to match your school's terms. Text that teachers and students write themselves is never translated automatically.
Is there a mobile app?
Ilmoria works in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers, and can be added to a phone's home screen as an installable web app. Students, parents and teachers get the same features on every device. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap.
